A: Generally, it is recommended MPEG-4, H.264 or AVI as the output formats, because these types of formats rarely have such problem. If you still can't solve your problem, please send the original file to us though the FTP.
Q11: How to speed up the conversion?
A: In order to improve the conversion speed, the best way is to use a high-quality computer. For conversion needs substantial computation and disk operation, if the computer configuration is too low, it is difficult to improve the conversion speed. And in the same computer configuration, you could optimize some parameters to improve the speed:
1. Use multi-thread Mode
Select ¡°Options -> General -> Convert with multi-thread (Faster conversion speed)¡±, but this Multi-thread Mode only supports several formats, such as H.264, MPEG-4 and AVI, and it is no longer available to WMV.
2. Make sure the resolution of output profile is appropriate
Such as, to get a 1280 * 720 video will spent twice as much time on output a 648 * 480 video. If you want to rip DVD to iPhone / iPad, the best recommended resolution is 640*480 / 480*320, because though you got a high resolution video, the playback experience on iPhone / iPad is pretty nearly the same.
3. Choose the appropriate profile
The amount of time spent on output format does change over the different profile. For example, it is faster to get MPEG-4 video than H.264 video, that is because the computation of H.264 is more complicated, but its compression effect is higher than MPEG-4.
