How to Get Conversion Log File? 
SnowFox DVD & Video Converter and other SnowFox DVD & Video series products provide an easy way to get the log in case you need to send it to us for assistance.
Step 1. Launch SnowFox DVD & Video Converter, or other SnowFox software you are using.
Step 2. Click 
on the top right and select "Open Log File"
Step 3. You could see the "Log.txt" and that's what you need.
