How to Split Video into Chapters?

While transferring a large movie to your portable player you maybe want to split it into chapters, so that you could finish it in your own spare time. Anyway, you will find that split a large video into chapters could help you to find the necessary video file or part of the video.

Step 1: Launch any SnowFox Total video converter and click the "Add Video(s)" to import videos.

Step 2: Right-click the source video, then click the "Start Time" or "End Time", set the Start Time and End Time to split video.

 

Step 3: Set the output format as your need and the output directory to save the split chapters.

 

Step 4: Click "Start" button to start the split.

 

Step 5: When completed splitting the first chapter, re-do step 1 to step 4 until you finish splitting the whole video.

 

Tip : To make sure the video is continuous, you should ensure the end time of the last chapters to be the start time of the next chapter. For example, if you set the end time of the first chapter as 00:01:02, you should set the start time of the second chapter as 00:01:02.

 

Step 6: If you have an iPod, don't forget to sync videos to iPod and enjoy!
