How to Sync Video to iPod/ Sync Movies to iPod Touch? 
You may have got some excellent videos and wonderful movies on your PC, but if you want to enjoy these videos and movies on iPod, iPod touch even iPod Touch 4 how? This step-by-step tutorial will show to how to sync video to iPod, sync movies to iPod Touch.

Please note, not all videos are compatible with iPod. First of all, You have to convert video to iPod supported video format(this tutorial will guide you how to convert video to ipod and directly add the output video into iTunes automatically). Ok, let's begin.
Guide on How to Sync Video to iPod with Video to iPod Converter
Step 1. Connect iPod with your computer and open iTunes.
Step 2. Click "File" on iTunes menu and select "Add File to Library" to add movies to iTunes library.
Step 3. On LIBRARY section of iTunes source list, click "Movies", and you could see the movie you added just now.
Step 4. Select iPod in DEVICES section of iTunes source list
Step 5. Drag the movie you want to transfer to iPod in library list and drop to iPod Movies. You will see the video in iPod Movies list and at the same time iTune will sync the newly added video to your iPod automatically.
Tips:
1. It's the same to sync music and other resources from PC to iPod
2. To delete movies on iPod, please select iPod Movies in DEVICES section of iTunes source list, right click the movie you want to delete and click "Delete".
3. Don't extract iPod from your PC directly. Please click "Controls" on iTunes menu and choose "Eject iPod" first.

MPEG-4 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats.
